Sarkodie Finally Explains Why He Released SUB ZERO Amid COVID-19 Pandemic

Sarkodie has been in the news lately after the release of his SUB ZERO track. Many people believe the timing of the song wasn’t right since the world is battling to contain the deadly Coronavirus pandemic.


Sarkodie has finally explained the reasons why he released the track in a recent interview with MzGee on TV3.

Sarkodie rubbished the bad timing claim as he detailed why he released the track amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the interview, he said;

“As entertainers, we still don’t have to stop working; This is the time people need us to entertain them so it takes their minds off this whole COVID-19 thing and helps them mentally.”

Responding to claims that his latest track is a diss track, Sarkodie stated that it is not a diss song and he does not take into consideration what people think it is saying that he did the song for his fans.

In a related development, Sarkodie has replied Shatta Wale for his comments he will beat him if he gets the chance.
