The whole of Parliament on 7th January 2020 during the swearing-in of Vice president Dr. Mahamoud Bawumia was thrown into shock after the speaker of parliament Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin mistakenly honored Bawumia’s alleged first wife Ramatu Bawumia instead of Samira Bawumia.
The Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, drove the procedures in parliament and at the hour of presenting some dignitaries in participation, he erroneously presented Ramatu Bawumia rather than Samira Bawumia as the second woman of the fourth Republic of Ghana.
The speaker subsequent to understanding the slip-up said; “gracious this is the name I was given” and he in a split second adjusted himself by referencing Samira Bawumia’s name.
Well, moments after the speaker brought out such a name which was new to many Ghanaians, alleged photos of Ramatu Bawumia has popped up online.
Even though Fillabase.com cannot authentically say that she is indeed the first wife of the veep but as the saying goes “there is no smoke without fire”
