A viral video sighted on the internet reveals a shocking moment an Okada rider was captured doing a weird thing to a female passenger he was ferrying.
In the video, the Okada rider could be seen touching the thighs of the lady passenger without caring whether surrounded people were seeing him.
The lady, who appears to be in her mid-thirties, showed no signs of resistance, indicating that she was probably enjoying it.
