Nigerian Final Year Students Won’t Take Part In The 2020 WAEC – Federal Government Says

The Final year secondary school students in Nigeria won’t take part in the 2020 West African Examination Council(WAEC) examinations, reported by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

The Education Minister, Mallam Adamu, noticed this to the State House Correspondents on Wednesday 8th July 2020.

He also said that after the week’s virtual Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, there is no date for school resumption yet.

Mr. Adamu furthered that he prefers Nigerian students to be home to lose an academic year rather than being exposed to dangers amid the Novel Covid-19 pandemic.
