Hassan Ayariga Backs EC Over The Preclusion of Presidential Aspirants


Presidential Candidate of the All Peoples Congress, Hassan Ayariga in front of the 2020 Elections has sponsored the Electoral Commission (EC) over the exclusion of some official competitors. As per him, the premise the EC used to exclude these hopefuls are genuine.
The EC has precluded five flagbearers from challenging in the current year’s official decisions. The five are Kwesi Addai Odike, Kofi Koranteng, Kofi Game, Kwesi Busumbru and Nana Agyenim Boateng. The Chair of the EC, Jean Mensa said in a media instructions on Monday, October 19 that there were issues with the types of the excluded people and some of them have fashioned marks and fabricated non-existing names.
Talking on Happy FM’s Epa Hoa Daben with Kwame Afrifa-Mensah, Mr. Ayariga who endured similar trial in the 2016 races said he knows how it feels when one is precluded from a Presidential political elections.
“The reasons why the EC excluded these competitors, I believe is genuine in light of the fact that as per the EC, the preclusions depended on culpabilities and we as a whole realize criminal acts have no bearing in our nation.”
In any case, the Commission has implied that it has revealed those that middle on guiltiness to the Ghana Police Service for additional examinations.
