Ghana has really made remarkable progress in her fight against the corona virus. Only 310 deaths have been recorded so far, with 46,664 recoveries and only 398 active cases.
An event is organized weekly by the National Building Updates to provide Ghanaians with detailed Updates on interventions made by government to help curb the corona virus.
The National Building Updates will be holding their next meeting on the 20th October 2020 in Accra. The government will brief us on the progress that has been made so far on the fight against COVID 19.
The topic to be discussed at the event is “Saving lives and means of livelihood in the midst of crises”. The COVID 19 team will take us through the progress the country has made so far after it’s first case in March
2020. The government will also take feedback from Ghanaians on the five strategic plan in managing the pandemic and the next step in dealing with future cases.
The event is expected to speak highly of President Akufo Addo and his administration for showing high level of professionalism in tackling issues of the virus, which has gained global recommendation.
