There is a hefty security presence at the Supreme Court.
Sources state, driving individuals from the NDC are likewise present in court.
They include; Prof Jane Opoku Agyeman, the former chief of staff, Mr. Julius Debrah, former Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, Deputy Gen Secretary, and Peter Otukonor.

In a motion on notice filed yesterday, lawyers for Mr. Mahama requested a live broadcast of the court proceedings.
The petitioners had argued that the demand is in the interest of fairness as was done during the 2012 election petition hence the 2020 petition should be aired on TV of which ther request has since been granted by the court.
