Buhari Gives Detailed Breakdown Of Individuals Killed During #Endsars Protests

After the silence of the NIgerian President over the #EndSARS protests killing and his subsequent address, he follows it up with a detailed breakdown of the number of people who lost their lives during the unrest.

He noted that 69 individuals were killed during the protest.
From the BBC, president Buhari said seven(7) soldiers, eleven(11) police officers and fifty one(51) civilians were killed.

The presidential spokesman, Femi Adesina indicated that the president is filled with agony and laments that the protest which was a peaceful one was mistook for a violent one and the results were devastating.

This was made known at a meeting. those who were present thanked President Buhari for taking the necessary steps to restore Nigeria back into a state of normalcy.
Those who were present at meeting were Gen. Yakubu Gowon, President Olusegun Obasanjo, Gen. Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, Chief Ernest Shonekan, Gen. Abulsalami Abubakar and former President Goodluck Jonathan.
