Bishop Obinim has pleaded not guilty to all charges levelled against him by an Accra District Court. He has since been granted a whooping GHC 100,000 bail.
His bail comes with three sureties by an Accra District court presided by judge Rosemond Agyire after he pleaded not guilty to forgery of documents and false publication of false news.
For the purpose of the sureties slapped on his face, he was left in police custody last night, 19th May 2020.
Bishop Obinim’s arrest comes after Kennedy Agyapong dropped some secrets about him in a recent expose.
After his arrest, his lawyer, Raphael Opoku Adusei forced a Ghc 100k bail for his client after he pleaded not guilty and declared him physically unhealthy as he was hospitalized on the day of his arrest.
He set to make an appearance in court on 1st June 2020 according to a report by Ghanaweb.
