Beef Up Security At Fringes To Handle Carrying Of Unlawful Arms Into Ghana – Ibn Chambers

Dr Mohammed Ibn Chambers, Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Office for West Africa and the Sahel, has requested that Ghanaian specialists hamburger up security at the fringes so as to brace down the pirating of illegal arms into the nation.

He expressed that security must be reinforced particularly at the northern outskirts following the exercises of fanatics and other psychological oppressor bunches in the Sahel area in front of the races on December 7 this year.

Dr Ibn Chambers was talking during the dispatch of the ‘Voting form without Bullet’ activity by the Commission of Small Arms and Light Weapons in front of the races.
