Around the world, there are several such celebrities social media forced on people and it is not different from the case of Ghana.
In Ghana, when this topic comes up, names such as AY Poyoo, Akuapem Poloo, Shatta Bandle, and others come to mind.
These are people who have been made celebrities overnight and are now know across the country because of social media.
In fact, these people were forced down our throats and it is not surprising that their fame doesn’t last for a ‘week’ and it vanishes.

1. Shatta Bandle
From nowhere we saw this diminutive personality on social media. He became famous overnight all because he claims to be the richest man in Africa.

His bragging rights and way of speaking made people laugh but he has faded away.
Whoever knows this character, Akuapen Poloo knows that fooling, jabbing people, and showing her nakedness made her popular on social media.
Her poor English language mastery and her ugly English accent plus her land outfit to the 2018 VGMAs was enough to make her blow.
In December 2019, Akuapem Poloo once again made headlines when American female rapper Cardi B visited Ghana.
Poloo was seen in a video Twerking with Cardi B. Subsequently, Cardi B endorsed Poloo as her twin sister, some Poloo keeps bragging with.

He was soon seen all over the internet hanging around with high profile celebrities like Kuami Eugene, Nana Aba Anamoah, and others.
Funny enough, after just a few months of being in the limelight, Ebenezer Forson is nowhere to be found. His fame has faded.
He came as a politician but after making his bid in the political scene and having failed woefully, he is nowhere to be found.
He was well projected by some media houses, notably GhOne TV through Nana Aba Anamoah, and was also on UTV.
